An individual working as a private chef should be confidential and adapt to their employer’s schedule and preferences. Extensive cooking experience, professional training, and good references are also essential requirements for this chef job. 3. Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine

Executive chefs are persons in charge of running an entire kitchen within a restaurant, hotel or a large food service facility. They create menus, manage food budgets and wages, recruit and train kitchen workers, and manage quality. Executive chefs consult with restaurant owners on business matters and represent the establishment at culinary events. 4. Sous Chef
