With his strong passion for innovation and imagination, he brings unique and in-depth insights into the strategic, organisational and leadership dimensions of innovation.

Recognised as India’s innovation thought leader, Rajiv has engaged with the National Planning Commission Panel to recommend ‘India’s Innovation Strategy’. He also served as a Council member of the ‘Innovation for India’ Foundation and a co-chairperson of the FICCI Innovation Committee.
Ronak Jogeshwar
Tinkerer & Systems Thinker, Harvard Alumni and Former Lead – AIM, NITI AAYOG
Ronak is a tinkerer and maker turned innovation strategist and a systems thinker.
His escapade started ten years ago at Maker’s Asylum. He later established the first ten Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) and at 25, became the youngest Innovation Lead of the Government of India’s think tank NITI Aayog.
As one of the 10 founding team members of Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), he led the ATL program with support from countless people into an ecosystem of 10 thousand ATLs, nurturing over 10 million children. He also built the Mentors of Change community and co-designed the Language Innovation Program of India (LIPI).
After fulfilling his duty to the nation, he joined Harvard University to learn and grow, focusing his practice on creating innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems for developing nations. He studies innovation ecosystem with the lens of theories of economics, creative destruction, disruptive innovation, and systems thinking.
